it is quite shocking and dishearten considering the level of propaganda by irrational political elements attributing the arrest of the then Kogi East Zonal Chairman to Sheik Ibrahim in order to seek political relevance.
Ideally, we the team SIJ would have ignored the so called propaganda, but for the sake of clarity and future reference, we were coerced for the rejoinder.
It's on record that His Excellency Sheik Ibrahim Jibrin is among the founding members of APC in Dekina LGA, and Kogi in general. Without compromise, he also worked tirelessly for the victory of APC in the year 2015.

It's also on record that His Excellency Sheik Ibrahim Jibrin defected back to APGA, and contested for Governorship when the then leadership of the party couldn't harmonize the members of the party.
His Excellency Sheik Ibrahim Jibrin returned to the party when the then leadership of the party were removed from office, and unity returned to the party.
Particularly, considering the alleged arrest of the then zonal chairman, everyone within Anyigba, and its environs were all aware of what happened during the election.
On the said election day, Sheik Ibrahim Jibrin polling unit ballot box was made away by some persons, and the security personnel that were in charge of the election went against them on which they later returned it.
The question begging for an answer now is that, does SIJ share the same polling unit with the then zonal chairman?
Is the zonal chairman the person that stole SIJ polling unit ballot box?
Nobody arrested the then zonal chairman. He fake his arrest because of the promise he made to the party.
We were all aware how millions of money was allocated to the then zonal chairman for mobilization of the said election, but diverted the money which was the reason he faked his arrest.
Please tell your paid master to leave Sheik Ibrahim Jibrin out of the problem.
You can't eat your cake and have it. Better days ahead in Kogi East Politics.
