On the 12th of November 56years ago mother Earth received a precious gift. That is meant to herald a paradigm shift.

Hajia Baiwa is a Rare leader, a Torch bearer, a Job giver, a Rounded Doyin and Astute Achiever.

These are words that come naturally in an attempt to qualify the personality of the Hon. Hajia Salamotu Baiwa Umar Eluma. Each of this is classically epitomized in her and she is indeed a flawless embodiment of a good political Character.

Again according to Longfellow, "The lives of great people remind us to make our lives sublime, and departing, leave our footprints on the sands of time".  Thus, great people from ages have continued to leave lasting legacies that bear true testimony to their visionary leadership.

Similarly, Williams Shakespeare, the inimitable British poet and Scholar posited that, "Some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them".

Hon. Hajia Salamotu Baiwa Umar Eluma. was not born with the proverbial Silver spoon in her mouth. A woman of very modest background, she has through dint of hard work, prodigious industry and perseverance attained greatness.
