The Former Kogi PDP Governorship Aspirant, Chief, Alh. Abubakar Ibrahim, sympathized with the people of Kogi, Ondo, and Oyo state, over the death of Col. Ahmed Usman.
He described the former Military administrator of Ondo and Oyo state, an indegen of Kogi State, as an achiever, a patriot, and strong believer in the promotion of good governance, and the rule of law.
In his words, much as our heart grieves over this unpleasant development, we must take solace in accepting it as an act of Almighty Allah, and acknowledge the fact that late Col. Ahmed, lived a life full of purpose, in defense of the ordinary people of the country and to enthrone a better Nigeria. Chief Abubakar said, his memories shall remain in the light of the values he stood for.
He sent his heartfelt condolences to the late Col's family, the people of Kogi state, Ondo and Oyo state. And prayed that Almighty Allah forgive his sins and grant him Aljannah Firdaus.
