Acheju Abuh: Police Parades Suspected Killers of PDP Women Leader.||Anyigbaleft


The Kogi State Police Command has paraded one Ocholi Edicha, a principal suspect in the killing of Mrs Salome Achejuh Abuh, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) women leader.

The woman leader was burnt to death by an irate All Progressives Congress (APC) mob on Monday, 18th November in the wake of the Kogi governorship election.

Marching the suspects, the Kogi State Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Busari said Edicha, aged 30, admitted that he drove the posse that consumed the place of Elder Simon Abuh which prompted the demise of his wife, Mrs Salome Abuh.

Busari said he was captured with the assistance of neighborhood vigilantes on 21st November alongside five others during a furnished burglary activity in the territory.

Different suspects strutted alongside Ocholi were Adamu Haruna, Onu Egbunu, Musa Alidu, Attai Haruna and Attah Ejeh.

During a meeting, Ocholi precluded the claim from securing driving the illegal conflagrationists that murdered Mrs Abuh. He said in spite of the fact that he is an APC part and that he had misconception with Mrs Abuh on political decision date, he didn't take part in her murdering.

He confessed to slapping her on the day of the state governorship election in the state over what he termed, “party issues.”

Ocholi who spoke in Igala language further alleged that some of the people that burnt the house came from Ejule.
