In yet another milestone achievement of the Government of Governor
Yahaya Bello, Kogi State has been approved for establishment of Federal
Science Technical College (FSTC) by the Federal Government.
Kogi is one of the 16 states of Nigeria that currently have no FSTCs. By the approval, the FSTCs are to be established in 3 phases to span the next few years. Kogi State is among the first phase and captured in the 2019 budget of the Federal Ministry of Education.

By the FME Approval in a letter dated May 21st, 2019, Ogugu Community
Secondary School (OCSS) is approved to be upgraded to Federal Science
Technical College (FSTC) for Kogi State.💃💃💃
